Bharti Legal Services (BLS) is a Sole Proprietorship Law Firm registered with the Government of India, Ministry of MSME, New Delhi vide no. HR05D0019478 dated 25/11/2019. It is set up with an aim of providing cost effective legal services to its clients in various Courts and Tribunals including the Supreme Court, High Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal and District Courts. BLS offers services in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law and Administrative Law. It also offers Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services and adopts innovative methods to bring about private compromises and settlements. It undertakes jobs of preparing and vetting property related documents and agreements.  BLS has its network of advocates in Maharashtra, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi. Its main office is at Gurgaon.

BLS is founded and managed by Advocate Dalbir Bharti, a former IPS officer, who has wide experience of handling various kinds of cases during his 24 years’ career as an IPS officer and 7 years as Advocate and Legal Consultant. He is enrolled as Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa vide no. MAH/5902/2012. His areas of specialization are Constitutional Law, Criminal Cases, Matrimonial Disputes, Service Matters, Property Matters and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is M.A. (Political Science), LL.B. (University Topper), and Ph.D (Mumbai) on “The Constitution and Criminal Justice Administration”.  Dr. Bharti is author of five published books on the Constitution, Police, Law and Social subjects. He has been awarded Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant Puraskar by the Government of India in 2011 for one of his books. His one Chapter “India: A Historical Perspective of the Criminal Justice System” has been published in the “The Routledge Handbook of South Asian Criminology”, published by Routledge Publishers New York and London and released in August 2019.
